Interventional Neuroradiology/Neuroradiology Rotation.

I was reading this post (http://uncleharvey.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/1585/) where stem cell recommended some Non-Neurosurgery Electives.  I am actually doing an ENT and Vascular in the 2nd half of my third year but I was wondering what place I could do an Interventional Neuroradiology or Neuroradiology rotation.  If anyone has any great places to learn let me know.

This is my first post, but I’ve probably read 200 threads.

As a student, they probably don’t offer an INR or neurorads rotation.  What I ended up doing was doing a Radiology elective and letting the rotation director know that I was interested in neuroradiology and wanted to spend all 4 weeks in neurorads.  On neuroradiology, you could probably watch/participate in some INR procedures as well.  I’d just ask.  You’re paying buttloads of money and should be able to do whatever you want.

That makes sense.  Thanks for the reply.

If you have any suggestions for great places for a radiology rotation, let me know!
