Has anyone looked at the new Hanbook of Spine Surgery by Mummaneni, Vaccaro, and of course Greenberg among others? Any opinions? I don’t have a copy (yet) but have glanced at the table of contents and it seemed to be a very comprehensive text. However, I have heard from some reviewers that the book is not as comprehensive as the classic Greenberg.

I like it. It doesn’t have the encyclopedia-type details like Greenberg, but its still comprehensive and discusses common operative techniques and anatomy. Great book for a junior resident.
