More back pain
This is a 15 y.o. girl, from Peru. Lives in the Andes region, has 3 dogs, high school student, Presents with back pain for 2 months and paresthesias of both lower extremities. She has slight elevation of eosinophils. NO primary, no family HX.

A cystic lesion of Hydatid disease caused by ingestion of Echinococcus granulosus eggs.

Probably it is a Echinococcus cyst because of the elevation of eosinophils, although i believe that we should then check the whole patient and perform a thorough physical examination to find out other cysts possible)maybe in her liver,lungs,etc.)Do you agree??
